Matt came to our house after we had a tree fall, blocking our driveway. He cleared the immediate issue to help us get out, but insisted it was the council’s responsibility to sort the “root” of the problem (which they did) and that we shouldn’t have to pay for it ourselves, he told us exactly what to report to the council and the direct contact we needed.
